Sunnah of Sleeping

  • Perform Wudhu [Al-Bukhari]
  • Dust the bed before sleeping [Al-Bukhari]

  • Make the following Du’a before sleeping [Al-Bukhari]

    Allahumma Bismika Amutu Wa Ahya

    Allahumma Bismika Amutu Wa Ahya

    O Allah, with Your name, I die and I live

  • Sleep on your right side, placing your right hand under your right cheek [Al-Bukhari]
